As part of our In-Transit Tracking process we use the following tools to help monitor and control routing, recovery and delivery of shipments:

- Monitoring the United States Radar by Intellicast allows us to forecast or pinpoint severe weather that may cause delays in transit.
- Monitoring the Air Traffic Control System Command Center allows us to view real-time airport conditions across the nation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Access to Airline Flight Tracking allows for real-time flight intelligence. We can locate and track a flight in transit and provide the actual location of the aircraft, altitude, ground speed, actual departure time, and the most current estimated time of arrival.
- EWC has access to GPS updates and/or radio contact between dispatch and the driver throughout the entire move for domestic ground services.
